1. Controller and contact

ONE TEAM, s.r.o. is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Its address and contact details are provided on this page. Privacy requests may be sent to the general contact email address.

2. Project enquiries and cooperation

We process the names, business contact details, project information, messages and any PDF documents you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you will be the contracting party; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Required fields are needed to handle the enquiry. Other information is optional.

3. Applications and professional profiles

When you send a profile through the careers form or by email, we use the contact information, qualifications and availability supplied to assess a specific opportunity for cooperation or to take pre-contractual steps. Keeping a profile in a longer-term talent pool requires a separate basis and does not follow merely from submitting the form. Please do not send identity-document copies, health information or other sensitive material that is not needed for an initial enquiry.

4. Technical operation and abuse prevention

A visit involves processing connection data necessary to provide and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, requested address and browser information (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form protection uses a keyed hash of the IP address for no more than 60 seconds. The theme does not keep a permanent database of form entries. Messages and attachments are passed to our email system; temporary attachments are deleted after the sending attempt.

5. Recipients and retention

Enquiries are handled by the relevant people at ONE TEAM. Hosting, email and technical support providers may access data where needed for their services. Messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, any subsequent cooperation, or legal retention and evidential requirements. Data no longer needed is deleted unless another basis applies. The actual service-provider and logging configuration must be reflected in the operator information.

6. Cookies and external services

This theme version does not include analytics or advertising services, externally loaded fonts, embedded maps or embedded videos. External links connect to another provider only when clicked. The cookies page describes this baseline configuration. Any additional plugins, hosting functions or external services must be assessed separately and included in this information.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn for future processing. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Slovak authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky. The contact forms do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
